I always love shooting for Catherine because she’s not afraid to push the envelope. Her design for this year’s SF Decorator Showcase is certainly no exception. The concept that won her the coveted Living Room in the Pacific Heights mansion is based on Mick & Bianca Jagger’s young & wild, traipsing-to-Saint Troupez years. I’m in love with the Cy Twombly inspired hand-painted floor and the massive, luxe barn doors fitted with brass pyramid studs. We captured the lovely Taylor Sterling, founder of the online Magazine Glitter Guide, kicking back her Bay Area office for Elle Magazine. It was pretty thrilling to see the feature hit newsstands this week! What a pleasure it was to shoot for a fantastic publication & to work with a great team. I’ve had the wonderful pleasure of working with the very talented interior designer Catherine Kwong since the launch of her firm, Catherine Kwong Design, in 2011. It’s been incredible to see her business flourish. I was thrilled to shoot her C Magazine feature for the home + design issue, on newsstands now. Style Me Pretty Living + Sacramento Steet

I’m excited to share a project I shot for the fabulous new Style Me Pretty Living. I was asked to shoot Caitlin Flemming of Sacramento Street in her space for the feature on her lovely SF home. Caitlin’s the real deal. Not only is she a talented interior designer & blogger (named as one of Gwyneth Paltrow’s favorite blogs, no big deal) but she’s also about as real & down to earth as they come. Caitlin and I spent an afternoon swapping stories while shooting these photos and it reminded me yet again why I love my job so very much.
